Thanksgiving Wreath

Today's project is a labor of love.  My friend and I got together to re-create the wreath from the Holiday Mini Catalog and what we thought was an easy project to do, turned out to be a 4 day project, well, at least 4 hours per day.  I love love love the way it turned out though and I am glad that I had a friend to craft with while making this project because I probably would have given up finishing it if I was doing it by myself.

Like I said on my last post, I have been using the Spice Cake Designer Series Paper a lot lately and this is another project made with it.  I think this is the first time I have used a DSP this much.  I usually just hoard them :-)

Of course I had to put my own touch to my wreath so I put some butterflies all over it.  I really love the way it turned out.  I hope you do too!

Thanks for stopping by....

  2. Gilda your wreath is so beautiful. I've seen a lot of them throughout the net, but yours is stunning. Love your little butterflies and the large buttons. The DSP and color mix is also perfect. Thanks for sharing and Happy Thanksgiving.
